What is in a brief
Every brief is structured around what matters most for the format you choose. Detailed covers Summary, Key Points, Action Items, Decisions Made, Risks and Concerns, Follow-up Deadlines, and Notable Quotes. Executive gives you five board-ready bullets. Action-Only gives you the to-do list and nothing else. Client Debrief structures your brief around client concerns, commitments made, and agreed next steps. Technical Summary covers decisions, blockers, specifications, and next sprint items. Research Brief organises findings around hypotheses, methodologies, gaps, and follow-up questions. Legal Record follows formal meeting minute conventions covering parties present, resolutions passed, and matters arising. Workshop Output captures themes, ideas, decisions, and parking lot items. Data and Metrics extracts key figures, targets, trends, and suggests appropriate chart types for the numbers discussed.
Conversation Intelligence
Add Conversation Intelligence to any paid brief for an additional $5. When selected your brief includes speaker labels showing who said what throughout the meeting, a sentiment summary showing the emotional tone of each speaker, and automatic topic chapters that divide longer recordings into named sections. Powered by a specialist brief generation system that runs alongside the standard brief generation engine.
Deep Work extras
Deep Work includes two additional tools. The tone engine rewrites your brief in four registers: authoritative, executive, client-safe, or warm. The follow-up email generator drafts a professional email from your brief in formal, warm, or executive tone. Both are available after your brief is delivered with no additional charge on the Deep Work tier.
